Refund & Cancellation Policy

 Full amount will be refunded for cancellation on or before 15th August 2021.
 50% will be deducted for cancellation on or before 15th September 2021.
 No refund claim will be entertained after 15th September 2021.
 Refund process will begin only 30 days after the conference.
 All cancellation claims should be intimated by e-mail for refund.

In case of cancellation of the physical conference, the Registration fee will be adjusted to the virtual conference and the remaining amount will be refunded after the conference after deducting GST.
